Intro to Distilling Workshop
January 5, 2025
A 4-hour workshop that covers the basics of craft distilling. Learn differences in types of spirits, learn how they are produced, what raw materials are used. Basic concepts of mashing, fermentation, and distillation. Overview of regulations. Perfect for those interested in spirits, or considering starting their own distillery.
Includes a bottle of the spirit of your choice.
Small group setting.
Must be 21 to participate.

Introduction to AD&D
January 12, 2025
Have you ever wanted to play Dungeons and Dragons but didn't know where or how to begin? Ever wanted to see what all the hype is about? Come join one of our resident DMs (Dungeon Masters) in a 3-hour introductory session to AD&D 5th Edition.
This introduction is a small group setting, where you will learn what AD&D is and how it is played. You will create your character, learn the game mechanics, and then participate in an introductory scenario - where you and other heros will face tricks, traps, puzzles, and monsters!
Included in this workshop will be hand-outs, as well as your own complete set of custom RPG Dice - getting you ready for future adventures!
Must be at least 16 to participate.

Spirit Infusion Workshop

During this hands-on event, you'll have the opportunity to create your own unique infused spirits while enjoying the company of fellow spirit enthusiasts. Whether you're looking to impress your Valentine with a homemade cocktail or simply want to learn a new skill, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to add a little extra flavor to their drinks.

You'll have the opportunity to select your base spirit (Vodka, Rum, Whiskey) and then infuse it with a selection of herbs, spices, and fruits.

General Event Information
Unless specifically stated, all events are open to all ages. That being said, we are not necessarily a 'kid-friendly' evnvironment as we have few options for children to do or eat/drink.

Outside food/drink is never permitted at the distillery.
​
We have numerous "Trivia" nights throughout the month. They are always free to attend and free to play. While reservations for trivia are not required, please note that these are popular nights, and if you do not make a reservation in advance we may not have space for you.
​
Some events are ticketed and require the purchase of a ticket per person (murder mystery events, pairing dinners, crafting workshops, etc.)
